• 1891 Opened his own bicycle repair Shop at seventeen
• 1904 Sets world speed record for 60 MPH
• 1911 Opened Indianapolis Motor Speedway
• 1912 Turns swamp land into Miami Beach 
• 1912 Creates Ocean to Ocean highway the (LINCOLN HIGHWAY)
• 1915 Create the Dixie Highway
• 1918 Donates $25,000.00 to State of Utah for Fisher Pass
• 1925 Purchased Montauk, New York made it Miami Beach of the North

Passed away from a gastric hemorrage at the St. Francis Hospital in Miami Beach on July 15,1939
